How Does GuruSup Work?
GuruSup employs a variety of information sources to handle your company's customer support.
The first source is your historical ticket data, which we use to find similarities and provide the model with past instances where a similar issue has been addressed.
The second source is information scraped from your website, which can assist the model in understanding your company's various processes.
The third source is behavior rules that you can manually set, as well as instructions you can give to the model using natural language.
Lastly, we can connect in real time to your company's APIs to extract information and provide it as context to the model.
Will the responses generated by GuruSup be sent automatically?
This feature depends on the settings you apply. By default, GuruSup will generate drafts for all Labels. However, you can configure how these labels behave:
You can generate drafts for the tickets that your team reviews and sends if they like the response generated by GuruSup.
You can automate the draft generation and sending, if based on statistics provided by GuruSup, you can trust the quality of the drafts.
Finally, there may be labels that you do not want GuruSup to handle, so you can 'Ignore' these labels so that our AI does not generate drafts for these tickets.
