Our commitments
Data in the EU
Our analytics data is processed on European servers. Mixpanel uses its EU endpoint and we are registered as a Spanish company under the jurisdiction of the AEPD.
No data selling
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing. Your data is only used to respond to your inquiry.
Signed DPAs
We have Data Processing Agreements with all our vendors: HubSpot, Google, Meta, Mixpanel, and Vercel — all certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
Right to be forgotten
You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing privacy@gurusup.com. We respond within 30 days.
Consent-based cookies
We only activate analytics and advertising cookies if you give explicit consent. You can update your preferences at any time from the footer.
Clear legal basis
We process your data under legitimate interest to respond to demo requests, and under consent for analytics and advertising.
