AI Transparency Policy

At GuruSup Tech S.L. we use artificial intelligence tools as part of our content creation and product development processes. This page explains how and where we use AI, what quality safeguards we apply, and how we comply with the European transparency framework.

1. Regulatory framework

This policy is published in compliance with the transparency principle set out in Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation, known as the AI Act), and in particular with the obligations established in its Article 50, applicable from 2 August 2026.

Article 50 of the AI Act establishes transparency obligations for providers and deployers of certain AI systems, so that users know when they are interacting with an AI or when content has been artificially generated or manipulated.

2. How we use artificial intelligence

At GuruSup we use generative AI tools in the following areas:

Written content (web copy, blog, documentation)

We use large language models (LLMs) as a support tool when drafting text for our website, blog and informational materials. All text produced with AI assistance is reviewed, edited and approved by members of our team before publication. No textual content is published automatically without human intervention.

Images and illustrations

Some images, graphics or illustrations used on our website may have been generated or edited with AI tools. Where an image has been created entirely by AI, it is an illustrative element — not a documentary photograph, nor a factual representation of real people or situations.

Product and platform

GuruSup offers AI-based functionality within its platform (AI voice agents, chatbots, call analysis and automatic transcription, among others). These features are intended for platform users and are covered by their own terms of use. This policy refers exclusively to the use of AI in creating content for the public gurusup.com website.

3. Human review and editorial responsibility

In line with the exemption provided for in Article 50(2) of the AI Act, the content published on gurusup.com is subject to a process of substantive human review and editorial control. This means that:

  • Every text produced with AI assistance is reviewed by a member of the GuruSup team before publication.
  • The review covers verification of accuracy, consistency, tone, fitness for context and compliance with our editorial standards.
  • GuruSup Tech S.L. assumes editorial responsibility for all content published on its website.

This editorial review process ensures that our content meets our quality standards and that the information published is accurate and useful to the reader.

4. Our transparency commitment

At GuruSup we commit to:

  • Keeping this policy up to date as our use of AI tools and the applicable regulatory framework evolve.
  • Not using AI to generate misleading or manipulated content, or content that could mislead about facts, people or real situations.
  • Ensuring that all published content has gone through a human review process.
  • Communicating clearly about the role of AI in our content creation processes.
