Requirements
A Verified Meta Business Account
Go to business.facebook.com, create a Business Account, complete Business Verification with official documents. Check status in Business Settings → Business Info.
A WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)
In Business Settings, go to Accounts → WhatsApp Accounts. Create a new WABA for your company.
A Dedicated Phone Number
Must be in international format (e.g., +34 675 82 15 94). Cannot be in use on WhatsApp Messenger, the WhatsApp Business App, or another WABA.
Once these steps are completed and your number is marked as 'connected,' go to GuruSup and press the Connect button.
Common Issues

| Number Still Active in the App | Delete the WhatsApp account from the mobile app where it is currently installed. |

| Migration in Progress | Wait for migration to complete, or restart using correct credentials. |

Step-by-step Integration Guide
Go to Settings > Integrations in your GuruSup dashboard. Click "Connect" in the WhatsApp section.
Sign in with the Facebook account associated with your Meta Business account.
Click "Start" to begin the process.
Select your company account.
Create or select your WhatsApp Business account with: Account name, Display name, Company category.
Add a phone number (Meta-provided or your own).
If the phone has a WhatsApp account open, delete it first (Settings > Account > Delete account). Wait up to 3 minutes.

Is the integration with WhatsApp free?
Yes, integration is completely free and available with every plan.
Features not supported by the WhatsApp API
Currently, the WhatsApp API does not support: Audio or video calls, WhatsApp statuses, Message reactions, Group messages. These limitations are from Meta and cannot be managed through GuruSup.
