GuruSup + Trello — Support Board
Visual Support Ticket Management with Trello
GuruSup creates Trello cards from support tickets and moves them through your Kanban lists as they progress — New, In Progress, Waiting on Customer, Resolved. Your team gets a visual overview of support workload without a separate dashboard.
Key benefits
Kanban Ticket Flow
Support tickets flow through Trello lists automatically — AI resolution moves cards to Done, human escalation moves them to In Progress, and waiting states are tracked visually.
Label-Based Categorization
GuruSup applies Trello labels based on AI-detected categories — red for bugs, blue for billing, green for feature requests. Filter your board by label to focus on specific issue types.
Due Date & SLA Tracking
Trello card due dates are set based on SLA deadlines. Cards approaching their due date surface automatically in Calendar and Timeline views, preventing SLA breaches.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use Trello Power-Ups with GuruSup cards?
Yes. GuruSup-created cards are standard Trello cards. All Power-Ups — Calendar, Custom Fields, Voting, and third-party integrations — work normally.
Does moving a Trello card update the GuruSup ticket?
Yes. Bidirectional sync means moving a card to 'Resolved' in Trello closes the GuruSup ticket, and vice versa. Status changes flow both ways.
Can I have multiple support boards?
Yes. Route different ticket types to different Trello boards — technical issues to the engineering board, billing to the finance board, and general support to the CS board.
